Shipping

Last updated: 28 September 2026
Delivery is included on every order, to every destination we ship to. The first edition opens on 15 October 2026, and pieces are dispatched from that day.

Where we ship

Delivery is included to Spain, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway.

We do deliver further afield, but not through the shop. Write to info@shobi.co with your address before ordering and we will quote the actual carriage and send you an invoice you can pay directly. A wagasa travels in a parcel just under a metre long, which is why we would rather price each one honestly than guess.

Carriers

Every SHŌBI is dispatched with tracking. You will receive the tracking number by email when your piece leaves the atelier.

Delivery times and cost

Times are given from dispatch, not from the date of order. Because each piece is numbered and checked by hand before it leaves, please allow for the processing time shown below.

Processing before dispatch1–2 working days
Spain — delivery3–5 working days

European Union — delivery2–4 working days

UK, Switzerland, Norway — delivery3–5 working days

There is no delivery charge at checkout and nothing further to pay on arrival within the European Union.

Customs and duties

Orders within the European Union carry no additional customs charges. For the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and any destination outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be charged on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not collected by us, and are payable by the recipient. We cannot estimate them in advance and they are not refundable by us if a parcel is refused.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully before confirming your order. We cannot change an address once a parcel has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; a second shipping charge may apply.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is delayed beyond the times above, or arrives damaged, write to info@shobi.co with your order number and, where there is damage, a photograph. Under Spanish and EU consumer law, the risk of loss or damage in transit sits with us until the piece is delivered to you.

Returns

Your right to change your mind, and how to return a piece, is set out on the Returns page.
